The Type 70 spirit level from STABILA is a professional tool for daily use in the workshop or on the job. It facilitates numerous measuring tasks in the fields of joinery, electrical installations, tiling and heating installation. This practical tool that is made in Germany now comes in a classic set containing the three common lengths – 40 cm, 60 cm and 100 cm – so you will always have the right length to hand for a variety of jobs and at a better price than if you were to buy them individually.
The Type 70 is a spirit level in a classic rectangular profile made of lightweight aluminium and with a measuring accuracy of ± 0.5 mm/m in the normal position. Thanks to the smooth sides and the electrostatic powder coating, it is easy to clean. The coated measuring surface also protects delicate surfaces. The plastic end caps protect the profile against damage from knocks during demanding every-day building site tasks.
The horizontal and vertical vials filled with fluorescent liquid are always very easy to read, something that the highly transparent, hard-wearing acrylic glass with precision-ground inner contours and flush-fitting reference rings also helps with. The vials and profile are precisely aligned once and then are permanently connected to one another, meaning that the tradesperson can also count on reliable precision. And the vial even remains unshakeable in its position if it falls.
